Assistant Coach

Elmore Hempstead, from Arkansas, began playing sports at the age of five and quickly developed a love for football. He excelled at the high school level, eventually earning recognition as a 2-time All-American cornerback at Fort Scott Community College before continuing his career with the University of Kansas Jayhawks. Known for his athleticism, discipline, and leadership on the field, Elmore built a reputation as a dedicated competitor who consistently performed under pressure.

Following his playing career, Elmore turned his focus to coaching and mentoring young athletes. He has worked with players of all ages, emphasizing fundamentals, technique, and the development of both physical and mental toughness. His approach combines hands-on instruction with lessons in perseverance, teamwork, and character, ensuring athletes grow on and off the field.

Beyond coaching, Elmore actively supports community initiatives and youth programs, striving to inspire the next generation of athletes. Through clinics, workshops, and personal mentorship, he helps young players reach their potential while reinforcing the importance of education, discipline, and dedication.
